Some of it tasted fresh, which I appreciated, but overall it was just kind of bland. A little more seasoning or flavor would’ve made a big difference, so it feels like an avoidable miss.

I use the Del Taco rewards app when I actually remember to, and it’s decent overall. The points seem to build up slowly, though, and sometimes the offers don’t show up the way I expected?? Getting free food is definitely nice when everything works, but I do wish the app felt a little less confusing...

Everything came out fresh and hot, which always makes such a difference. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving, and it made me feel really good about ordering from here. I’d definitely feel confident coming back again.

My order came out way faster than I thought it would. Who wants to stand around waiting forever when you're just trying to grab food and go, right? The line kept moving, the staff seemed on top of things, and the whole process was smooth. it was just nice to get in, get my food, and get on with my day.

The card worked without any issues, but the checkout process felt a bit slow. It was not a huge problem, just a little frustrating while I was trying to finish my purchase

The place was mostly okay, but it didn’t feel super clean. The floors looked fine, no obvious mess or anything, but the tables had some crumbs and sticky spots that really could’ve used a quick wipe down

I was expecting this to get a bit hotter, but it ended up being more lukewarm than I hoped. It still works, just not quite at the level I had in mind.

The location was definitely convenient, and that was probably the best part. Everything else was just kind of okay. It worked fine enough for what I needed, but i left feeling like I probably could’ve found something better for the money.

I’ve ordered from Del Taco a few times now, the wait times have been way better than I expected. The last time, I placed my order right before leaving work and thought, okay, let’s see if this is actually ready when I get there. And it was. No awkward standing around, no wondering if my order got lost somewhere, just walked in and grabbed it. Smooth overall, especially for lunchtime.

The part that bugs me is the pricing on the site. Some deals look cheaper at first, and then... once you get further along, taxes, fees, or different location pricing start showing up. It’s not the end of the world, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to grab something quick.

I still use it because it works fine overall, but I do wish the full total was easier to see earlier in the process. I’d give it 3 stars, not bad, just not as clear as it should be.

I’m giving Del Taco 5 stars because it’s one of those places where everyone can find something. Some days I’m in the mood for tacos, other times I’ll randomly want a burger and fries, and I like not being boxed into just one type of food. My family is picky too, so picking a place to eat can turn into a whole group project, kind of like deciding what movie to watch and then nobody watches anything. But Del Taco usually works for all of us. They’ve got burritos, lighter options, breakfast stuff, and random deals, which is always nice. Their website is easy to check before ordering too, which I appreciate because I like knowing what I want before I get to the line.

The coupons were super easy to use — and I ended up saving some cash on my tacos. So... definitely a win...

My order showed up wrong, so I was already frustrated. I reached out to support and felt like I was being passed around a bit before anyone really helped. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but eventually they got back to me and issued a refund. Not a great experience overall, but I’ll give them credit for handling the complaint in the end. Kind of a mixed one for me.

Ordered tacos online the whole thing was just easy. Pickup was quick, no confusion, no waiting around... just grabbed my food and went. Pretty much exactly what you want when you’re hungry

Ordered Del Taco for delivery and, shocking twist, everything went smoothly. The driver found my place without needing a treasure map, the food showed up earlier than expected, and it was still warm. They even remembered all the sauces, which feels like a small miracle these days. Overall, solid experience and I’d definitely order again.

The ordering process is simple, the food is usually ready when they say it will be, and my orders have been accurate. The prices feel fair too. It’s not trying to be anything fancy, but it’s reliable and saves me time, which is really what I’m looking for.
